5. Fall of 1998 Brenda enrolls at Fleisher Art Memorial for art classes and Settlement Music School for piano lessons and music workshops! 1999 • Mabel goes to China!
6. September 11, 2001 On the morning of September 11th, four commercial airliners were hijacked by terrorists. Two of these airliners were crashed into New York’s Twin Towers, killing almost 3,000 people. Another was crashed into the Pentagon. The cost of damages was estimated to be over $30 billion.
7. 2001 Mabel gets braces! Patty’s first summer at Camp Sankanac!
8. 2004 Hurricane Ivan was a hurricane that reached the size of Texas and a category 5 hurricane—the strongest possible. It is the 10th most intense Atlantic hurricane ever recorded, causing over $13 billion in damages and killing over 100 people.
9. 2004 Mabel gets a hamster …named Timothy! Patty’s first May Day at St. Peter’s School Brenda spends the summer in California, Las Vegas, and Mexico!!
10. 2005 Hurricane Katrina was one of the most deadliest and the costliest hurricane ever in American history, being the sixth strongest overall. It, too, was a category 5 hurricane, leaving behind over $81 billion in damages. New Orleans, Louisiana was the most devastatingly affected.
12. Class of 2007 Brenda graduates from Christopher Columbus Charter School as valedictorian! Patty graduates from St. Peter’s School with a plaque for achievements in soccer and the Margaret Glenn Estes Award! Mabel graduates from Holy Redeemer Catholic School and won an art award!
13. 2008 August Patty goes to New Orleans! April Brenda went on the set of Transformers 2 located a block from her house where she met ShiaLaBeoufand saw Megan Fox, John Turturro, and Bumblebee!! Mabel goes to Washington D.C.!
14. Vacation 2009 Brenda drives down to Florida with her family...again! Patty visits Switzerland! Mabel goes to Tennessee and meets a Jack Sparrow impersonator!
15. 2009 The Samoa Earthquake was the largest of 2009, recorded at a magnitude of 8.1, that took place in the Samoan Islands located in the South Pacific. It generated a tsunami that killed almost 200. The U.S. sent air crafts and federal aid to help those in need.
16. May 2010 Patty, Mabel, and Brenda are inducted into the National Honor Society!
