1. Surrender, live in the moment and accept everything it has to offer. Keep an eye
out for tomorrow and only go to the past when you really need to.
2. Be truthful, there is nothing to hide. The truth will set you free.
3. Give honest and sincere appreciation be thankful to God, count your blessings.
You cannot get what you really want or need unless you appreciate what you already
have as everything you need for that moment.

4. Speak out with love in your heart and be considerate of others’ feelings.
5. Think for the good of all. REMEMBER Karma, What goes around comes around.
6. Be yourself at all times. It’s about who you are inside not what you have.
7. Let go of control, live and let live.
8. Give unconditional love.
9. Give with open arms, the more you give the more you get and not necessarily
from the same person.
10. Let go of judgment. Believe that we are all related and created equal yet
different.
11. In any mishap try to choose to handle the situation in a way that it does not get
you upset, frustrated or angry.
12. Do not count on anyone else to make you happy, you must find and keep your
happiness within yourself.

2. 13. Let go of un necessary attachments, the less you have to take care of, the more
time you have to enjoy.
14. There are two sides to every story. In an argument it is best to agree to disagree.
15 Most of what you learned from your parents is now obsolete. I recommend that
you try to look at the reality of life and become the person that represents your own
self.
16. Do not just work for money, do something you really like you will do it better and
the money will come. You spend most of your awake time at work and if your are not
happy it is not worth it.
17. Life is like making a movie without a script; you play your part with others as
stars & co-stars, be nice about it and you may win an award.
18. Be flexible and open to learn new things because you only know what you need
to know up to this moment and there is something new to learn till we die.
19. Love your creator God for creating such a balanced universe & accept the fact
that good and bad are a part of that balance
20. Stay healthy, pay attention to your body’s warning systems, they are like the
gauges in your car.
21 Check your body regularly for stress, take 8 deep breaths to relax, clear your
mind and recharge your batteries and let your spirit fly free.
22. Listen to your gut feeling; tell your brain to shut up and allow your Soul to guide
you.
23. Let go of jealousy & envy.
24. Don’t be wasteful be kind to mother earth the supply is running low.
25. Have Faith, Surrender and accept, your creator knows what is good for you.
26. Teach children with love & examples rather than harsh words or punishment.
27. Let go of fear, it is False Evidence Appearing Real and it can make your life
miserable.

3. 28. Do not steal or cheat because soon or later you will have to deal with Karma.
29. Try not to push your ideas or beliefs down other people’s throats. Believe that in
any situation, the possibilities are endless.
30. Forgive and forget by cleaning out the bad files from your brain and emptying out
the trash bin. Everything that has already happened, is gone and cannot be changed
but you can change the way you look at it.
31. Show respect and appreciation for your parents that gave you life
32. You are who you are, love and accept yourself…God does not create imperfect
beings. Other people’s observations about you may not be your business
33. Follow your own path of life don’t be a sheep, try not to listen to what ‘THEY’ say.
34. Give a damn about what you eat and drink, listen to your body’s cravings and
exercise often.
35. Love and accept people as much (as you do your pets). Give hugs, kisses &
smiles and you will get them back.
36. Take full responsibility for your actions because the actions you take are the end
result of orders from your brain or your Soul.
37. Love and respect your mother earth and everything on it because we are all
connected to all living things.
38. Let go of negative thinking and replace it with positive
39. Take part in the political arena and hold your elected officials accountable for
their actions
40. Limit and be selective on what movies or TV programs you watch, most of them
are made for entertainment only and can cause a lot of fear and stress to your body.
41. Keep the balance make music, dance & art a part of your life.
42. Try not to criticize, condemn or complain.

4. 43. Keep the child inside of you alive; live every moment in a playful way
44. Let go of regret and guilt. Forgive yourself for whatever decision or action you
took in the past. I am sure it was the only possible solution at that time and you can’t
go back and change it, apologize and go on.
45. Pay attention to what recurring thoughts occupy your mind; they could be an
indication of what action you need to take to keep yourself happy, healthy, wealthy
and wise
46. Do not hold grudges toward anyone because the person does not know that you
are holding a grudge and you are basically hurting yourself
47. Let go of anger. It takes more energy to stay angry than to be happy. Bad
thoughts & imbalances in the brain can fester into diseases
48. Don’t be an island, mingle with people, have Faith; EVERYTHING happens for a
good reason whether you see it at the moment or not.
