effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under

and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.

SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

Presently CBM operators are having very cumbersome conventional separation system at CBM well heads. This system is very cost
intensive less efficient and have environmental challenges apart of security issues. Usually CBM field is sub hydrostatic therefore
gas is being produced through annulus by pumping out water through tubing by keeping dewatering pump below the coal seams.
CBM wells are usually low quantity gas producer therefore producing gas at lowest possible cost is operator™s requirement. The
Smart CBM Well Head Skid is new inventive concept which is designed especially for CBM fields which resolve all issues mentioned
above and provides very cost effective solution for optimal exploitation of CBM fields. This skid is compact and ensures production
of gas free of water and water free of gas while these leave the CBM well head which also facilitate minimum pressure drop and
avoids water hammering in pipeline network.

which can effect the phenomenon of sensible cooling are fitted to the upper container in a row with spaces between them. The lower
ends of the canvas tubes open into the lower container. The shutters provided on either sides of the frame of the kit can be rolled out to
block the hot air coming directly from outside into the train compartment or automobiles. An outlet at the bottom of the outer side of
the holder of the lower container drains out any excess water which may accumulate in the holder. The water in the upper portion of
the container is supplied to the canvas tubes. The outer surface of the canvas tubes becomes wet and also effects the wetting of the
mesh arrangement of natural fibre which is in contact with the tubes. Consequently, the phenomenon of sensible cooling cools the hot
air rushing in through this arrangement of canvas tubes and mesh and provides cool air to the passenger or driver sitting in front of it.

the sea water falls on turbine, and at the same time sea basin draft tube Penstock valves shut down and L.L.T.W.S.T.R draft tube
Penstock valves open, so that sea water flows in basin, this action remain continues

The present invention provides a process for preparation of monoisoamyl dimercaptosuccinic acid (MiADMSA) by reacting meso 2,3-
dimecapstosuccinic acid (DMSA) with isoamyl alcohol in the presence of a catalyst at a suitable temperature to obtain monoisoamyl
dimercaptosuccinic acid. The process of the present invention uses less amount of isoamyl alcohol and catalyst which considerably
reduces the cost of production. Another feature of the present invention is that the MiADMSA produced by the process of invention is
highly pure with very low odor. MiADMSA is used in heavy metal toxicity treatment or preparation of a medicament for heavy metal
poisoning.

Solid state nanopore based electrochemical nanobiosensor for the detection of viability of Yeast Cells. The developed nanobiosensor
is comprised of a specially designed glass cell, one surface modified gold nanolayered cellulose mixed ester membrane and an
electrochemical circuit. The nanobiosensor is based on the principle of changing ionic permeability of nanoporous membrane due to
selective binding of live yeast cells with thiol sites of nanopores. Membrane pores were thiolated with the help of electrochemical
setup on a gold nanolayer coated with stutterer. Nanolayered and thiolated membrane were characterized by DSC, SEM and FTI R
study. Membrane current was measured with different concentration of live yeast cells. The live yeast cells has higher affinity towards
the thiolated membrane and this gives more reduction of the pore size of the membrane and subsequently gives reduction in the
current and vice versa is true for dead yeast cells due to their non attachment nature. The proposed technique will provide a significant
and easy procedure for the preparation of nanobiosensor of enhanced efficacy and efficiency with the desired selectivity for live yeast
cells detection under experimental conditions. Although this piece of research is still preliminary but it is a very significant, cheap and
robust model for whole cell monitoring in reactors or fermenters. It is recommendable that the proposed technique will provide a
significant and easy procedure for the preparation of nanobiosensor with the desired selectivity and sensitivity for yeast cells or whole
cells detection.
