LCLD Election
● Candidates: The following four candidates have filed to run for the two director
positions up for election:
– Andy Bitner
– Duane Hutson
– Madeleine Connor
– Robert D. Kenney
● The two candidates that receive the highest number of votes will be elected. The
newly-elected directors will serve for a term of four years.
● Early Voting Information: Early voting by personal appearance will occur on each
day from October 24,2016 to November 4, 2016 at selected locations
● Election Day Voting Information: The election will be held on November 8, 2016
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Voters may vote at any of the
election day voting locations established by Travis County, including at the
District’s Administrative Office located in the District at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive,
Austin, Texas 78746.

Loop 360 Improvement Study Report
● Nine scenarios evaluated against ten criteria
● Conclusions
– No one scenario is best for the entire road
– The best mid-term general scenario was #4: Grade Separate Existing Four Lanes
– Improve existing underpasses
– Create over/under passes for all major intersections (no traffic lights)
– Some areas will have additional access lanes to facilitate safe entry from
neighborhoods and commercial driveways
– Design to accommodate two additional lanes either general purpose or managed
in the median
– Short-term intersection projects will continue while the mid-term are being
implemented. Major improvements could be under construction within 5 years
depending on environmental approval and funding.
– Completion will be ten + year project (funding and sequential implementation)
