associated with prepaid debit cards
The new law requires that
consumers be informed of
any maintenance or
inactivity fees, or charges
associated with receiving
cash, reloading funds and
any initial service

6. 3. Allows condo associations to change their
governing practices if 75% of residents agree
This new law states that
the maximum requirement
needed to approve changes
to a condo associations
declaration or bylaws only
needs to be three-quarters
of all property owning
residents.

7. 4. Stick a cork in it. You’re done.
Wineries can now cork your unfinished wine bottles
and send them home with you. Illinois already has a
similar law for restaurants. The wine must be
recorked and placed in a tamper-evident bag.

This law adds electronic
cigarettes to the same
category as other

products, making them
inaccessible to minors.
