21. Directions for Placing a Bid
1. Check in at the registration desk and obtain your
bid #. Photo ID required.
2. Show your bid # to a Floor Director to place a bid.
3. Any opening bid will be accepted in increments of
$1,000 with the minimum bid also being $1,000.
4. “Open Floor” means the opening bid wins if there is no further
bidding. The “Open Floor” is the main floor with the gray tile.
5. $500 increments will be accepted from $1,000 - $10,000
6. When a posted “Hammer Price” is placed, the floor director will
announce “Final Call”. When there is no further bidding the
work is awarded to the highest bidder.
7. A final call for all bids will be held at 9:00 PM
8. All final bid amounts include tax and delivery.
9. Speak with a Floor Director in person or by telephone with any
question you may have about the art, artist or “Open Floor
Bidding”. Private viewings available by request.
