This document summarizes a student's experience analyzing survey data from California State University East Bay to assess student satisfaction with student services. Key findings from the student's analysis include: 1) Understanding the provided information and satisfaction with waiting time were the strongest predictors of overall student satisfaction. 2) For academic departments, age and satisfaction with wait time predicted overall satisfaction, with older students most satisfied. 3) For student life departments, only wait time and understanding predicted overall satisfaction. 4) This project provided the student valuable real-world experience in analyzing an unlabeled dataset with no direction.
