Ensuring Quality cardiac care
• All Doctors and ICU nurses should be ACLS certified and all nurses and paramedics
should be certified in BLS
• Protocols will be developed for ensuring uniform evidence based management of all
cardiac conditions
• Regular Audit meetings and In house CMEs will be conducted to ensure all members
of the cardiac team are in synch
• The heart team approach for managing patients will be adhered to , to decide on
the optimal management of patients
