To find career information, click on the 3rd choice. You can
also take the Career Key (Holland) Assessment for
suggestions on career choices based on your answers.
78. Find a career by entering a term in the
search box or by clicking on one of the
options in the list.
79. Add careers to My List in
order to save them, or click on
the hyperlink (they are not
saved unless you place a
checkmark by the career).
Click on My List to access all
the careers you have saved.

Type personality assessment
test. If you’ve taken the test,
click on the link to find
suggested careers for each
area.
Each tab has very
good information.
The salary tab can
be used to compare
Georgia pay to the
national average.
81. Select a resume template Select an industry for better
resume customization
82. Click only on the areas
from the list on the left
that are applicable for
your resume and they will
move to My Selections on
the right.
86. Return to the test with your username and
password. If you are in review mode, you
can see the correct answers and find out
why they are correct even if you have not
finished the test.
89. Create a username and password for access
to tests and a way to return to saved pages.
This username and password does not have
to be the same as your iCollege username
and password.
If you are off campus you will need the username and password used for iCollege to access
this database.
Once you are in Testing & Education Reference Center, if you created a different username
and password use it whenever you see this login page.

Holdings tab tells you where it is and allows you to place request. TOC tab opens TOC.
To place request, enter 900#, your PIN, and Last name.
Overview of results page. Too many results. Add to list of search terms as you go. Research starter.
Better search terms. Now apply limiters.
Explain limiters
Limiters applied. Results are looking more on-target. Explain the academic journals are likely to be research studies. Perfect for papers. Less perfect if you want something written for the typical reader.
Different kinds of formats. How to interpret record.

In Career Assessment, you can take assessment quizzes to match careers with your personality. You can also explore different types of careers.
Also helps you create a resume. Choose the type of industry to get an appropriate template.

TERC requires you to set up a personal account. This enabled you to store your progress on practice tests, keep your resume, etc.
