home is the pork stir fry. In this article we will

plays a major role in many Asian cuisines, where it
is prepared in seemingly endless ways. But this
SPICY PORK STIR-FRY is a dish that is super
spicy, so be sure to serve it with loads of steamed
white rice always. As a warning, this dish is not
suitable for children and kids. But if you are

INGREDIENTS: Original recipe makes 4 servings.
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 pound pork tenderloin, cubed
1 lime, juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon peanut oil
3 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
2 green chile peppers, chopped
½ cup julienne carrots
½ cup sugar snap peas, julienned
2 teaspoons chili hot oil
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup finely chopped peanuts
PROCEDURE:
In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and water. Mix all
together until smooth and stir in the pork cubes. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes to marinate.
This method is using the cornstarch in marinating the pork to allow the flavoring sauce to stick to the
pork better. Once you drain the pork from the bowl, you will notice that most of the marinating sauce
are gone and sticks to the pork cubes. This is one of the secret in marinating pork and beef for better
results.
In another small bowl, combine the line juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon
cornstarch and sesame oil. Mix together and set aside. This is you stir fry sauce.
Remove the pork and marinate from the refrigerator. In a large skillet or wok heat peanut oil until hot.
Stir in ginger and chile pepper and saute for 1 minute. Then stir in pork with marinate, carrots, and
sugar snap peas, and stir fry for 6 to 8 minutes until pork is tender. In stir frying, closely observe the
color of the pork as it changes and starts to cook through.
Pour in lime juice mixture, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 6 to 8 minutes
more. Remove from heat and stir in hot chili oil, and garnish with the green onions and chopped
peanuts.
Serve while it is hot with plenty of steamed white rice. Enjoy the meal.
Remember, this is a super spicy dish and it is not suitable for kids in the house. If you still prefer to
