 It represents and supports the 180.000 managers (working or
retired) of industrial companies (of whom 2.500 in Bologna).
 It manages the National Employment Contract with
Confindustria, Confapi and other class confederationa, as well
as other employment contracts.
 It has 58 local departments.
 Joins “Costituente Manageriale” through which it leads
projects of political interest for the support of the managerial
role and the care of the category's interests.

Welfare Program
A joint convention with an
