The Invicta Financial Group is made up of a number of associated companies and entities that
together form a long established financial services business. Through its various customer-facing
outlets, financial intermediary and business consultancy functions, the group provides financial planning
advice and a wide range of financial products and services to both private and corporate clients.
Invicta Financial Group Limited does not itself provide financial advice or regulated services to
customers. All client financial advice activities and regulated services are undertaken by parts of the
group that are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Certain other entities within the group undertake a number of non-regulated financial services customer
activities, in particular providing business owners, employers and private clients with business
consultancy services, including business and management development, commercial finance broking
and assistance with other business finance arrangements.
A part of the group also provides advice to employers relating to auto-enrolment and employee benefit
options, in particular as a result of work-place pensions legislation changes, and facilitates introductions
to other professional advisory services, as it manages relationships between customers of the group
and other professional service providers that other parts of the group introduce customers to, such as
accountants, other specialist financial planners and solicitors.
Invicta Financial Group Limited is also the in-house business services provider for the associated
companies and business entities of the group, facilitating and undertaking administration support,
financial management, property, staff and other group management functions, and is the actual
employer for all staff employed in an administration or adviser support role, that are, in summary,
engaged by the company to serve the needs of two distinct categories of customer:
 The clients of the various customer-facing outlets, financial intermediary and business
consultancy functions of the group;
 The management, advisers and other relationships of the associated companies and
business entities that make up the group.
