4. 4. apricot
Apricots may also be eaten raw in a soft diet. Ripe apricots are very good especially for young children and for older people.
This fruit is quite laxative, and have high rate of alkalinity. Apricots also contain cobalt that is necessary for the treatment of anemic conditions.
5. 5. pomegranate
Use only the juice of the pomegranate. This juice is one of the best for bladder disorders and has a slight purgative effect.
For elderly people, it is a wonderful kidney and bladder tonic.
6. 6. sapodilla
Sapodilla is rich in dietary fiber (5.6 g/100g), which makes it a good bulk laxative.
The fiber content helps relieve constipation episodes and also helps protect the mucous membrane of the colon from cancer causing toxins by firmly binding to them.
7. 7. watermelon
Most of us love watermelon for its taste, but many are ignorant of its health benefits.
This article deals with the health benefits of watermelon, which is widely cultivated across the globe.
8. 8. tomato
Tomatoes are very high in vitamin value. They are wonderful as a blood cleanser, and excellent in elimination diets.
However, they should not be used to excess on a regular basis.
Tomatojuice can be used in convalescent diets, in combination with other raw vegetable juices such as celery, parsley, beet, and carrot juice.
9. 9. pumpkin
Pumpkin can be used in pudding or it can be liquefied. One of the best ways to serve pumpkin is to bake it.
Pumpkin seeds and onions mixed together with a little soy milk make a great remedy for parasitic worms in the digestive tract.
