Supervising the capitalization and reconciliation of Fixed Assets by using
Oracle based software Oracle Financial Fixed Assets Module (OFFA),
familiar with both versions of Oracle R-12 (New) and Oracle 11i.
Supervising of payment vouchers by using Oracle based software Oracle
Financial Payable Module (OFPA), familiar with both versions of Oracle R-
12 (New) and Oracle 11i.
Disposal/ write off of Assets on both Symbol and OFFA module.
Supervision of monthly amortization and depreciation on Fixed Asset
Module and charging to various branches.
Reconciliation of Accounts. (Payment related & Fixed Asset).
Physical reconciliation of fixed assets with accounting records according to
location.
Monthly recording of prepayments & accruals.

My responsibilities include, accurate and timely posting of vouchers in
system and recording of accounting entries.
Review of Capital work in progress accounts on Pan Pakistan basis.
Maintaining Proof Sheets of accounts on Pan Pakistan basis.
Coordinate with department, branches on Fixed Asset Matters.
Coordination with External / Internal auditors.
Preparation of MIS reports and other deliverables related to Fixed Assets.
Supervision of General Vouchers (Debit vouchers).
Preparation of Cost Reports on monthly basis (as per requirements).
Preparation of Budget Reports on Quarterly basis (for Cost Control
purposes).

Cost Control & Reporting
Responsible to prepare segment wise monthly & year to-date Cost
Reports, which is being used as a base file for all the onward
computations, i.e. segment results, trend analysis & other comparative
analysis with budget & forecast
Responsible to allocate common cost i.e. general service & IT related cost

required.
