20. Pricing Per Cup Data Pt.1
The standard price of the "small" drink - 10 oz. - is about .50 for the
specialty coffee and .15 to .20 for JUST coffee depending on the brand.
Each time you go up, you take the percentage of increase and multiply x a
nickel per ounce.
A 12-ounce specialty coffee drink will be .60.
A 16-ounce specialty coffee drink will be .80 + the second shot of espresso
at .18.
A 20-ounce specialty coffee drink will be about .90 plus the second shot of
espresso or $1.08.
21. • To this the customer has to add the cup and
lid. Total: $1.04
• If the customer sold a 16-ounce cup for $3.00 and
deducted his cost per serving (including the cup and
lid), it would be about a $1.82 profit per serving.
• ($3.00 is a LOW PRICE for a 16-ounce drink)Three of
those per day would generate $5.46 a day profit.
