8. Managing Director: Neil Fink Neil is the Managing Director of Neil Fink Associates (NFA) and leads the Media, Entertainment and enabling Technology Practice. Most recently Neil was the Managing Director and Practice Lead for an international boutique search firm that was well known for its marketing and marketing services specialization. Neil founded Neil Fink Associates in 1986. The firm was retained by companies on the leading edge of change in communications, entertainment and media. Clients include such bellwethers as Microsoft, Disney, Sony, Electronic Arts and Universal McCann. Before founding his own firm, Neil led the Broadcast Operations practice of a well known Los Angeles based executive search company. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Neil was a principal in Stellar Enterprises, a recording artist and tour management company. He was responsible for music recording and merchandising contract negotiations as well as radio and retail promotions. Artists were signed to labels that included Arista, RCA Records, and Warner Brothers. Neil Fink serves on the Board of Advisors of The University California Berkley Extension, LiquidGeneration, Maximum TV, TargetCast and EAT.tv. He has been a frequent speaker for industry associations and conferences such as American Film Institute, Audio Engineering Society, Computer Games Developers Conference, National Association of Broadcasters, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Macworld Expo and MILIA.
