    • The conclusion from the analysis of the participants’ opinion on the methods:
    • The methods that can be used: Team Syntegrity, Narratives, Socratic Dialogue, Social Learning Curve
    • In principle the methods seem appropriate for the problems posed (in the Öresund Pilot)
    • Unfortunately the Öresund Pilot did not allow for sufficient time for introduction and implementation of the methodologies
  • Participants’ Opinion
    • Wish that the whole project had been introduced at the beginning in an internship of 2-3 day’s length in order to better grasp the new ideas contained in the methodologies
    • Challenge to traditional way of thinking
    • Change takes time
