In defense drills, bend your feet slightly to attack the ball with the closest foot. To set up an offside trap, run up to the line before an opponent passes the ball to leave them offside. When passing, use the inside of your foot and hit the ball under your foot to pop it up for aerial passes. For shooting drills, kick the ball with the laces of your shoe while keeping the opposite foot next to the ball to keep shots on the ground without using your toe. Headers on corners involve curving and lifting the ball to a teammate's head.
