  • 2. CHALLENGE
  • 3. Background: In 2011 Adobe introduced new version of Creative Suite (CS 5.5) package – specialized software. New CS 5.5 has features dedicated to mobile devices. Using CS 5.5 users can easly develop applications and websites for mobile devices (Smartphone s , tablets).
  • 4. GOAL : Reaching mobile app developers and present them new Adobe CS features
  • 5. Target groups: Programmers/ developers Agencies, publishing houses Mobile content specialists
  • 6. Key messages: „ There is new Adobe CS 5.5 software which makes mobile project realization really easy” „ Adobe is an expert in field of production for mobile devices”
  • 7. STRATEGY
  • 8. Content + social media + refreshing memories
  • 9. STRATEGY: Let’s show, that preparing mobile application or mobile website with new CS 5.5 is really easy. Let’s prepare special content interesting for target groups.
  • 10. IDEA: 1-hour, free video course for developers. „Come and see how to create mobile app for smartphone or tablet”
  • 11. Additional element: Refreshing developers’ memories through „8-bit” elements
  • 12. EXECUTION: CONTENT
  • 13. We created „Mobiliusz” – small creature, virtual guide showing secrets of mobile application development with Adobe CS 5.5
  • 14. www.RaidersOfTheWeb.pl We created 8-bit action game („Raiders of the web”) and transferr ed it to mobile platforms using Adobe products .
  • 15. Gregory + Robert + Peter We invited 3 experts specialized in mobile application/website development to take part in „Mobliusz” campaign. Gregory, Robert and Peter prepared video lessons dedicated various aspects of programming for mobile devices. Lessons shows how to transfer our 8-bit action game to mobile devices.

  • 18. EXECUTION: PROMOTION
  • 19. Campaign website was connected with Adobe’ social media channels
  • 20. We informed media about campaign and „free video lessons” for developers.
  • 21. Part of campaign were also contests with top technology bloggers inviting their readers to visit campaign website.
  • 22. We invited users to watch „video lessons from Mobiliusz” using discussion boards
  • 23. There were also ads of „free video lessons from Mobiliusz” on specialized websites.
  • 24. RESULTS
  • 25. 21 255 Specialists visited campaign website (with video lessons about using CS 5.5 for mobile development) during 2 months (18.05-18.07) Attention: we estimated that it’s about 30% of overal size of target group
  • 26. 2131 Registered specialists/developers (we are going to contact them and to present special offer for CS 5.5)
  • 27. About 1000 new visitors on website every month, without any promotion as an effects of high position in Google search results
