  5. 10. <ul><li>My Skin Type is Combination and For care of my skin I do these simple steps… </li></ul><ul><li>1. Cleansing </li></ul><ul><li>2. Toning </li></ul><ul><li>3. Moisturizing </li></ul><ul><li>Tips: </li></ul><ul><li>For Cleansing, Face Wash should be pH Neutral. </li></ul><ul><li>Use face wash according to skin type. </li></ul><ul><li>Toner Should be 100% Alcohol Free. </li></ul><ul><li>Moisturizer Must be Water Base not Oil Based. </li></ul>
  6. 11. <ul><li>Cleansing </li></ul><ul><li>(First Wash Face with Water and make it wet then and Rub into hands then gently Take Few Drops of Face Wash, mix with little water apply on face then wash it) </li></ul><ul><li>Toning </li></ul><ul><li>(Soak a piece of cotton in water and squeeze it. Put toner on the same piece of cotton and hit it gently on the face so that it can go inside the pores. Finally, slightly remove the remaining liquid.) </li></ul>To improve my skin I do these once in a week…

Scrub </li></ul><ul><li>Ingredients </li></ul><ul><li>O atmeal powder ½ tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Chandan powder ½ tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Turmeric powder 2 pinch </li></ul><ul><li>Neem essential oil 2 drops </li></ul><ul><li>How to Apply? </li></ul><ul><li>Mix all the ingredients with rose water. The paste abstained should be applied gently with cotton, brush or hand. Keep it for 5 min take steam if possible scrub upward & outward Rinse face with spray or cotton or you can wash face directly. Then apply Moisturizer . </li></ul>

Face Pack </li></ul><ul><li>Ingredients </li></ul><ul><li>Kaolin 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Chandan powder ½ tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Turmeric powder 2 pinch </li></ul><ul><li>Neem essential oil 2 drops </li></ul><ul><li>Orange essential oil 2 Drops </li></ul><ul><li>How to Apply? </li></ul><ul><li>Mix all the ingredients with rose water. The paste abstained should be applied gently . Keep it for 15 min. Rinse face with spray or cotton or you can wash face directly. </li></ul>

Before knowing I used oil in hair but now I stop applying oil. </li></ul><ul><li>My hair is little hard so after shampoo I apply conditioner. </li></ul><ul><li>I also have hair fall problem, so I use Almond Oil 5 ml + Patchouli Oil 3 drops. Apply it on scalp, take hot towel steam, keep it for 10 min. and rinse it. </li></ul>
  11. 16. <ul><li>First I shampoo my hair. </li></ul><ul><li>Squeeze extra water. </li></ul><ul><li>Apply conditioner & take hot towel steam for 10 min. </li></ul><ul><li>Then wash it thoroughly. </li></ul>Alternate of Conditioner Home Made: - Aloe Vera Gel+ Glycerin (4:1) Honey + Olive Oil (1:2) For Extra Shine – Pour Beer in the glass, after flew of gas use water alternate of Beer is synthetic vinegar all of these done after Conditioner. Beer + Water (1:4)
  12. 17. <ul><li>Tips : - </li></ul><ul><li>Heena is used both as Conditioner for 30 min. and for Colour 2 hrs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ingredients </li></ul><ul><li>Amla Power 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Shika Kai Power 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Olive Oil 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Coffee 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Kattha Power 1 tsp </li></ul><ul><li>Mix all and apply on clean washed oil free hairs </li></ul><ul><li>For Nourishing : - </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Make Kurry Leaves Paste 2 tsp and mix it with Aloe Vera Gel 1 tsp. Use it in scalp for 30 minutes and rinse. It will nourish hair, use twice in a week… </li></ul></ul>

Suitable Diet With Justification with a Weekly Menu. <ul><li>BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) </li></ul><ul><li>Formula = 66+(6.3 × weight in pounds)+(12.9 × height in inches)-(6.7 × age in years) </li></ul><ul><li>= 66 + ( 6.3 × 160 ) + ( 12.9 × 66.4 ) - ( 6.7 × 24 ) </li></ul><ul><li>= 1769.76 </li></ul><ul><li>Since I am light Active:- BMR + 30 % of BMR </li></ul><ul><li> = 1769.76 + (30*1670.79/100) </li></ul><ul><li> = 1769.76 + 530.928 </li></ul><ul><li> = 2300.688 Calories </li></ul><ul><li>My Height is 166 cm = (166/2.5= 66.4 inches) </li></ul><ul><li>& </li></ul><ul><li>My Weight is 64 kgs = (64 × 2.5 = 160 ponds) </li></ul><ul><li>I am Light Active person and to calculate my daily calorie I count my BMR with the help of Harris Benedict Principle. </li></ul>
  14. 20. Draw up an Exercise Regime for yourself <ul><li>My Height is 166 cm. </li></ul><ul><li>My Weight is 64 kgs. </li></ul><ul><li>My height & weight is in Proportional so I am keep going to maintain it… </li></ul>

(Anulom - Vilom) </li></ul><ul><li>Stretching Exercises. </li></ul><ul><li>Neck Rotation, Shoulder Shrug, Shoulder Rotation etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Aerobics </li></ul><ul><li>Vertical leg Crunch. </li></ul><ul><li>Long Arm Crunch </li></ul><ul><li>Cone Lunges </li></ul><ul><li>Push Ups </li></ul>

Why do you think it is important to present yourself as a professional in an Interview? <ul><li>It is very important to present yourself as professional because the company has to be convinced that you are mature & will not damage the reputation of the company if you are selected. </li></ul><ul><li>The First Impression is the Last Impression. </li></ul><ul><li>The World takes you seriously when you are well groomed. </li></ul><ul><li>A well groomed personality speaks value about your character. </li></ul>
