A successful student is one who is happy to learn.
Student learning can only take place if all the stake-holders
are on board and in agreement with the objectives of the
education program.
Developing positive relationship with parents, students
and other teachers are critically important for any student
to meet his/her true potential.
3. RELATIONSHIP WITH PARENTS
In order for the Teacher to be successful in meeting the
goals of the school and the education of the students.
He or she should try to achieve the following with
parents:
Declare your intention; make sure parent know what are
the objectives of the teacher. (Aguilar, 2011)
4. Communicate often with parents using various forms.
Lead meetings with good news.
Listen to parents.
Let parents know how they can help.
Invite parents to participate in making decisions on
behalf of their child/children.
6. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STUDENT
Get to know the student.
Watch what you say as a teacher.
Keep trying to reach the student.
Praise them for good work.
Encourage them to keep trying.
7. Listen to the student.
Be honest when answering questions.
8. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER TEACHERS
Collaborate with other teachers where possible
Encourage and show kindness and humility.
Accept help from your co-workers.
Be open-minded to other teachers ideas.
Find out about students performance from previous
classes.
