PD - Sessions <ul><li>May 19 - Reg Reimer from BSD Presenting to Resource Teachers Talking about his iPad project and the use of iPads and iPods for resource </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Presentation is at 1:00 pm in the RCI Science Lab </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Welcome to attend as well………… </li></ul></ul>

Tim Lehman Portage Air Powered Potato Guns and Bottle Rocket Launchers Possible Dates Fri, May 13 Mon, May 16 Wed, May 18 Fri, May 20 Wed, May 25 <ul><li>Staff will: </li></ul><ul><li>Get a chance to use his guns and launchers in conjunction with my camera to perform some video analysis (similar to what I would do with a grade 10 science or grade 11/12 physics class) </li></ul><ul><li>Obtain materials and plans for building their own launchers </li></ul><ul><li>May with time permitting, to get the launchers built </li></ul><ul><li>Have time for general discussion about classroom applications </li></ul><ul><li>Potato gun cost $50-$100 (depends on size and complexity). </li></ul><ul><li>Bottle rocket launcher - around $20-$30. </li></ul>
