6. Accessing Timesheet

7. Entering Hours and Tasks
Click the Hours
field for the
appropriate
date and enter
the hours you
volunteered.
Click in the
Tasks field and
enter a
description of
what you did
for the day.
Timesheet
keeps a
Weekly Total

8. Two Weeks per Sheet
Each sheet
contains two
weeks.
Each week
begins on
Sunday.
Continue to
enter your
hours and
tasks on the
days you
volunteer.

9. Access Second Sheet
A tab for
Timesheet
Page 2 is at
the bottom
of the
document.
Click this tab
to go to
weeks three
and four of
the month.

10. Weeks Three and Four
Enter your
time and
tasks as you
did on Page
1 of the
Timesheet.

11. Last Week of Month
Page Three
contains the
last week of
the current
month.
It continues
into the next
month, as
well.
Do NOT
enter your
hours for
next month
on this
Timesheet.

12. Saving and Printing Timesheet
After
completing
Timesheet for
month.
Go to File menu
and download
as a PDF.

13. Select These Options to Export
Select the
options
indicated to
export all
pages of the
Timesheet.

14. Open PDF to Print
Click on the
PDF icon
located on the
bottom left
corner of
Chrome.
After opening,
print and sign all
three pages and
give to Kristi.
You can now
save the PDF to
a flash drive or
email for your
records.
