Designing the survey (teamwork, precision)What do I want to find out - almost the same time as creating the actual survey. (not jumping straight in!)Question creation.Depending on what/how you ask, people will tell you a different thing. If you are not sure what you are asking, the answers can be muddled too, or very unfocused. “were you happy with the residency?”All questions are there for a reason, and in a sensible order.
