The dacadoo Health Score is based on many million person-years of clinical data and it has been developed by dacadoo in collaboration with a professor and former long-term scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. Just like your FICO score or your credit score determines your credit worthiness based on your financial assets and activities, your Health Score measures your overall health and wellbeing based on your body makeup and your lifestyle (exercise, sleep, stress, nutrition and emotions).
