Brokerage Session
In the framework of the I.S.L.E Professionalisation Fair & Seminar “Sustainable Practices & Innovation”, INOVISA
(www.inovisa.pt) is organizing the ISLE Brokerage that will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on 8th of November 2011.
INOVISA is the technology transfer office and an enterprise incubator in the agriculture, food and biochemistry
sectors associated to the Institute of Agronomy, with experience in linking the science and the business industries.
During the Brokerage session participants can have one-on-one meetings with industry representatives,
associations, etc. and discuss common interests and the goal is to promote networking, enable an efficient exchange
of information between them and find potential synergies. In this way, the presence of many participants in the ISLE,
from researchers to business people, is an unique opportunity to develop new technology based projects and
international networks within the sector, and the Brokerage is the best chance to find a partner to do it!
The registration process in the Brokerage is free for ISLE participants and is available online on the Brokerage

7. USEFUL INFORMATION
The Instituto Superior de Agronomia (ISA) is located in Lisbon in “Tapada da Ajuda” (in Calçada of Tapada) between
Monsanto and Alcântara (near Largo do Calvário, which is a small square, and by the side of the bridge over the
Tagus, called “Ponte 25 de Abril”).

8. There are 2 gates to access the campus “Tapada da Ajuda”, which have the following schedules:
Gate 1 - in Rua Jau (main entrance, access to pedestrians and cars): open 24 hours a day
Bus 760 and Tram 18E - top: “Pavilhão da Ajuda” (http://www.carris.pt/en/buslines/)
Gate 2 - in Monsanto (access to pedestrians and cars only with identification card): 7h-19h (working days).

9. The Fair & Seminar will take place at the “Pavilhão de Exposições” (number 39 on the map below) in ISA’s
Campus.
A bus will be available for the transfer between the Gate 1 of the ISA Campus and the “Pavilhão de
Exposições” during the two days of the Fair & Seminar (on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10h00 to 18h00).
