• The following activities do not qualify for
CSR:
– One of events, such as marathons, awards,
charitable contributions, advertisements,
sponsorships on television;
– Statutory payments
– Normal course of business
– Activities for the benefits of employees and/or
their families

– Ongoing activities falling within the ambit of
Schedule VII
– Approved CSR activities undertaken by a
Registered Trust / Registered Society
– Contribution to corpus of Trust / Society /

– Corpus for activities under Schedule VII
