To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to recommend Colin Pociask as a candidate for employment with your
organization. I have had the pleasure of working with Colin as his manager in the human
resources division at Blackbaud since August 2010. Colin will be with us until he graduates in
May 2011.

Colin's upbeat demeanor and can do attitude have brightened the office which reflects onto
other team members. His strong interpersonal skills have enabled him to interface very
effectively with many different groups including customers, students, teammates, and campus
career staff. Colin is a great team player and thrives in a team setting. In addition, Colin’s
strong verbal and written communications skills have allowed him to relay information in a quick
and effective manner.

Colin has been an extreme asset to the Blackbaud College Recruiting program. He has taken
on many challenges including scheduling on-campus interviews, coordinating travel and onsite
interviews for students, posting job descriptions at over 50 campuses across the county, and
reviewing resumes for recruiters. Furthermore, he has taken on additional tasks such as the
creation of analytical recruiting reports and support of various corporate recruiters.

Having managed the internship program for the past several years, Colin is one of the best
students we have ever hired and he will exceed in any future roles. His diligent work ethic,
positive attitude, and analytical skills will make him an asset to any organization. I am quite
impressed with this outstanding individual and give him my strongest recommendation for any
