3. The Purchasing Officer’s need to:
• Work with designers and accountants and
approve any business purchases
• Keep the business resources and folder safe
between sessions
• Advise the team on selling avenues
• Research customers, how many people are
expected on the day and how much they might
spend
• Work closely with the accountants to make sure
the business makes a profit

4. The Green Tick
Each business is required to prove that:
• Products use all, or mostly all recycled
materials
• Products help us live more sustainably
• The business has an understanding of
environmental sustainability – the problems
and possible solutions for the future
• Provides 3 hours of community service in the
area of environmental work

• Accountants normally are quite reserved and
are concerned with the finances (money) that
is paying for ‘the world’
