    • Size: Average 6 feet
    • Weight: varies from 200lb to 650lb
    • Lifespan up to 30 years
  • Habitat
    • Solitary except in mating season
    • Found in Alaska, Canada and reserves in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Washington
  • Conservation
    • Once widespread thought North America , Grizzlies were wiped out by hunters and Because of habitat disturbance. It was put as an endangered species in 1975 and is now protected
  • Food Source
    • Wide Variety of fruits, nuts, berries and lizards.
    • Also fish, and small or large mammals.

  • Breeding
    • Males are sexually mature at 4 years old and females at 3 years.
    • Breeding month Is June.
    • Mothers take care of cubs
    • Up to 2 cubs
