How loud is the environment? not very loud
What is causing the noise? no noise
Is there music playing? If so, does it fit the environment? yes.it makes it calm
Is the store warm or cold? normal
Is the store crowed with merchandise or is it sparse? sparse
Does the store have a distinctive smell? yes. leather
Where is the cash register located? middle
How visible is the store security? yes very
How long do you want to stay in this store? 5 mins.

Does the salesperson have a script to follow with each customer? i think so
Does the salesperson treat different customers differently? yes.

Are the salespeople using the store products? yes
Do the salespeople have a uniform? all wearing suits.so i guess yess
Do the salespeople match the stores image? yes alot!

What is the first product that you notice? an overpriced wallet
Is there a central display table with featured products? no
Where are items that are “for sale” located in the store? no sale
How are the products arranged? By function? By price? By color? function

Other Observations:
it seems like a cold harsh place.the moment they knew i wasnt going to buy anything i was left
alone and given the "looks".
