12,150 sf freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center adjacent to the Stephenville Medical & Surgical Clinic, a physi-
cian-owned practice which has multi-generational roots in the community. Designed to be perceived as a contem-
porary addition to the practice’s existing two-building next-door campus, the project consists of two Operating
Rooms, one GI-type Treatment Room, two Exam Rooms, and other support spaces. Floor plan is configured in
order to accommodate an additional operating room, an additional treatment room, and other patient care ameni-
