4. Dear sir, below are the things for which we require somesolution. I would like to discuss
problem areas with you time to time to bring as much improvement as possible in our ERP
system. For effective utilization of ERP
1) HR receiving: Presently we receive individual lots of HR consignmentin Oracle which
is very much time taking activity. Itrequires some good solution that can saveour
hours.
2) To display a list of all defined recipes routing wisewith ingredient, bi product &
productdetails.
3) HR material reportshipment date wise i.e. the date we received it in oracle.
4) Raw material analysis report
5) Accumulated sumof strips in slitting plan should not exceed fromingredient width.
Oracle should not allow it.
6) Facility of Duplication of FPO should be available as we receive repeat orders of
customers.
7) There should be both options in slitting plan that I directly put no.of strips and weight
should be calculated considering ingredient weight or I put weight and No.of strips
should be calculated. Differenceof input & output should be wastage. Can we design
slitting plan in such a way, it will saveour time. Presently we have to use excel sheet
for calculation.
8) Unbalance batches reportin PDF format should be available like we have PDF report
of WIP, complete, pending reports.
9) Is it possibleto change item code of scrap in recipe of specific routing in one go
instead of one by one.
10) Itemcode of Pickled coils should come in report
11) Sub-inventory transfer comments in current WIP. ( The report“Lot Transaction
Register – Excel contains those lots as well which have been consumed)
12) Itemcodes opening in shorttime
13) Design report for Raw Material consumption analysis which may be based on
pickling consumption. Should include graphical presentation like we have in dispatch
