WORK EXPERIENCE

Presently working as warehouse manager at Nagpur (Vidharbha cluster) in core
Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Core Logistics is providing total Third Party Logistic Solutions
to India’s leading and large Telecom Company INDUS TOWERS LTD DELHI.
Indus towers are a Joint venture of three mobile companies AIR TEL, IDEA
CELLULAR, and VODAFONE. Indus towers are into providing all material at the
site of mobile towers and Shelters to all over India.
MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS:
Core Logistics Pvt. Ltd.:
Duration: April 2008 – Present
Designation: Warehouse Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Is presently handling Nagpur division, (Vidharbha Cluster) as a warehouse
Manager having 25 people reporting to me. Some of the key roles being looked
after by me are as below.
1.) Managing all the major ware house activities like Inventory
maintenance, despatches, accounts, Site visits, resolving issues
pertaining to service calls, and handling MIS reports related to supply
chain in telecom industries.
2.) Laisioning with vendors with regards to maintaining the inventory as per
monthly schedule given by Indus.
3.) Appointing service providers for Logistics schedule and fixing their rates
for providing services to us is looked after by me.
4.) Apart from these roles I was also responsible for reviewing bills
presented by the vendors, checking for any discrepancies and handing
it over to the Indus accounts department.
5.) Warehouse management.

Designation: Logistics Head.
Roles & Responsibilities:
I-Logistics is into providing Logistics, packaging and warehousing services to
BOSCH LTD. (Previous name MICO-motor India Company Ltd). BOSCH is well
known for Original equipment products for Automobile industries. Customers like
Tata motors Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd, Greaves
India, and JCB , Force motors, John Deere, for Pune plants and Mahindra &
Mahindra Ltd. Mumbai and Nasik plant only. Some of the key roles being looked
after by me are as below.

1.) Managing all despatches/delivery schedule’s as per vendor’s standards.
2.) Laisioning with Bosch plant and maintaining inventory as per rules of
vendors.
3.) Material collection from Bosch plants from Bangalore, Nasik and Jaipur.
Daily two Containers from each plant as per Bosch and Pune Vendors
Monthly schedule.
4.) Arranging & managing despatches in time as per despatch and material
collections schedule.
5.) Daily Dispatches around 15 to 20 container fleets. I was monitoring 5
persons of Logistics Department and 20 persons of fleet department.
6.) Reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
Spear Logistics Pvt. Ltd, Pune
Duration march 2002 to march 2006
Designation: Delivery & Despatch In charge for Maharashtra & Goa.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Spear Logistics is into providing Logistics services to Airtel. Some of the key
roles being looked after by me are as below.
1.) Responsible for all despatches related to SIM cards and recharge
coupons and Tower related material, including Inventory Management,
scheduling and replenishment of stock.
2.) Also responsible for Milk Route collections, and despatches on all India
level based on optimized vehicle utilization.
3.) I was reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
Green Carriers & Logistics (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd
Duration: Nov. 1992 – Nov. to February 2002
Designation: Branch Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Laisioning with all the local branch offices in Pune with regards to Delivery In-
charge, Octroi management & claims settlement and Retail marketing.
