For those of you that haven’t, it is the
assumption that the first year of college, a
young adult gains around 15 pounds and in
some cases continues to gain weight through
college.
3. WHY THE WEIGHT GAIN?
~Fast food and vending machines
are super convenient.
~Packing a lunch takes too much
time.
4. THE TRUTH…
~Grocery shopping is much cheaper than buying a
lunch out each day.
~Setting aside time each Sunday to pack lunches for
the week, makes for healthy “grab&go” lunches.
~While packing lunches, it is a good idea to also pack
some snacks for the week.
