BALAAM ONLY SAYS HE IS A MOUTHPIECE FOR GOD, NOT ONE WHO ALTERS GOD’S WILL AND, IN FACT, BALAAM SEEMS TO RISE IN PROPHETIC LEVELS AS THE STORY PROGRESSES!
