This document provides a summary of an introduction to population health course. It includes: - Context on services in health and education in Brazil and the UK. - The course aimed to discuss approaches that can be applied in Brazil and the UK, including information and knowledge management, distance learning, and analytics. - A preliminary analysis of the course found that it discussed topics like health inequalities, differences between public health and preventive medicine, and how new technologies can improve population health. It also showed participation was highest from the US, UK, and Canada, with BRICS countries ranked second overall.
