“Thank you” are two of the most simple yet powerful words in business. My question for you today is: When was the last time you thanked your customers or your subscribers for not only listening to you but also for buying your product’s and listening to what you have to say? I’m not talking about an autoresponder sequence or some automated message. I mean an actual personal message from you to them, thanking them for being a customer and for buying your information. Here’s something I want you to try: Set-up in your autoresponder to notify you by email every time someone signs up to your list or buys one of your products and goes on to your customer list. Your autoresponder will send you an email with their email address. You can then send them a personal email thanking them for buying your product or signing up to your list or whatever they happened to have done.
