Dear Mr. Steve James,
First of all I would thank you very much for allowing me to use your Motel site, Little
Canfield, Takeley, as the location for the filming of my movie trailer,“Alone” on Saturday
25th January 2014. I will personally ensure that the property will not be damaged in and
way, and will be left in the condition that we arrive to. I also will ensure that the fence will
be put back and secured when filming is done to prevent anyone going on the location
without your permission.
I will be fully responsible for the health and safety of allcast and crew members. You will
absolutely not be held liable for any person’s health and safety or damage to our personal
belongings or equipment whilst we are on your site at Little Canfield, Takeley.
