    6. Yachts status ● Yard 770 – currently in poor conditions – coastal day-chartering in Spain ● Yard 771 – sunk in 1952 ● Yard 774 – disappeared in 1970 6 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project

Project objectives ● Refitting / rebuilding 3 cruiser-racer yachts – originally built by Camper & Nicholsons Ltd. in 1950-51 – winners of several ocean races in the 50's, among which '51 Fastnet Cup, '51 Britannia Cup, '59 Admiral's Cup – just 1 survived but currently in poor conditions ● Participate in the Fastnet Cup and Britannia Cup in 2011 60 years after their first victory ● Sail in classic regattas circuits 7 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project

Project values ● Passion - Classic cruiser-racers refit / rebuild ● History - Historical designer and shipyard ● Brand - C&N brand to rebuilds ● Racing - All-winners of their times ● Mediatic - back to racing 60 years after victories ● Tradition - Classic regattas today ● Heritage - Preservation of classics fleet ● Metre Class - yachts to expand the 10-Metre class ● Know-how - Maintain and transmit shipwright know-how ● Future - Establish an “excellence centre” in classic yachts refit and rebuild in Barcelona 8 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project

Project scope ● The yachts will be refit and rebuilt as follows: ● Refit in shipyard A - Yard 770 – complete refit to pristine status with original techniques and materials – done in Catalan classic shipyard already knowing the yacht, proven classic refit and rebuild expertise ● Rebuild in shipyard B - Yard 771 and 774 – replica built on original plans – original materials and techniques – shipyard - see following slides 9 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project

Shipyard A ● Catalan Classic Shipyard – extensive classic yacht expertise in repairs and constructions done exclusively with traditional techniques ● 50ft yacht deck structure and planking full reconstruction ● 23 m spruce wooden mast construction ● W. Fife design 7.5 m LOA classic yacht new build ● various repairs done on construction 770 – currently discussing to obtain yard space with pier in central Barcelona 10 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project

Shipyard B ● Barcelona or foreign shipyard – could be done by shipyard A ● currently investigating technical and legal obstacles to obtain the status of shipyard for large new constructions / rebuilds ● currently investigating technical and legal obstacles to construction approval by authorities for a yacht built as close as possible to classic original – already available alternative options involving non- Spanish long standing classic shipyard 11 The «Yeoman and Sisters» Project
