Further to our recent communications, we have now completed the CPD assessment of the training
course that you recently submitted to the CPD Standards Office. We are delighted to inform you that
the following course title has passed the CPD Standards Office assessment process, and has received a
formal CPD accreditation:

This accreditation means that your organisation, BIZ LINKS, is now an official Registered Provider with
the CPD Standards Office, and has received a dedicated kite-mark with a unique provider number –
21024 - for its own and specific use. Going forwards, any delegate who attends this course may be
issued with a CPD Certificate of Attendance, which they can subsequently use within their formal CPD
record for a professional body, institute or employer.

copy by email, should you wish to receive hard copies, please notify me accordingly:

These best practice recommendations should be seriously considered by your
organisation, and where possible integrated into the course delivery.

A formal CPD Activity Log confirming the course has been independently CPD accredited by
the CPD Standards Office:

Two soft copies of Biz Link’s dedicated CPD kite-mark to display on the courses’
communications:

The kite-marks are provided as JPEG & PNG, and respectively, each can be used on
documents, or, online files such as website/s.

guidance and instructions for how to use your kite-mark effectively and successfully.

A template of a CPD Certificate of Attendance & Learning Tool:

This template has been designed for this specific CPD accredited course title, and may
not be used for any other course, event or activity.
o
The attached templates are in draft format, where the red items should be customised
for your organisation accordingly i.e. you should complete the delegates name, the
date and ideally a named person organising, or who is responsible for, organising the
event.
o
Hard or soft PDF copies of CPD certificates of attendance can be issued to any delegate
who has attended the course in full.
o
The CPD Standards office recommends that a CPD attendance certificate is issued to a
delegate by request only. In addition, we recommend that it is linked to the completion
of the course’s feedback or evaluation forms i.e. delegates must complete a feedback
form and tick a box to receive a CPD attendance certificate.
Please note that all of the CPD Standards Office documentation and information are specific to BIZ LINKS
as an organisation. The sharing of this information, as well as any other documentation regarding the
accreditation from the CPD Standards Office, is strictly prohibited.
In all cases of discussion, particularly those with third party organisations or individuals please refer to the
CPD Standards Office for approval. These terms protect your intellectual property rights as a training
provider.
