Move One Pet Transport – trained pet transport team providing advice and oversight of every pet/animal shipment. Do your relocating employees ever bring pets with them? Move One Logistics – project logistics supply chain management services in the Balkans, Central Asia and the Middle East Move One Relocations – expert regional and local coordinators for: destination services , like home searches, where we work in your interest by managing the realtors to get the most cost effective rental price and in the transferee’s interest to find a property in the most suitable location. Immigration services, where we use our local knowledge to ensure the correct procedures are followed ensuring that your transferees are in compliance with local regulations and that you are not hit with any unnecessary penalties or delays What kind of destination and immigration services does your company offer when relocating employees?
- Move One provides its customers with the following relocation services: Relocation Consultants – Assignees and HR staff communicate with a full time M1 consultant who speaks the local language and is familiar with the surrounding area. Home Finding – M1consultant will discuss the assignees requirements for housing, schedule tours to show properties while also assisting with the negotiation and finalization of the lease contract Settling In – M1 consultant assists assignees with the move into their new home, the set-up of any utilities as well as with any personal bank accounts. If required, full time tenancy management services are also available but with separate pricing. School Search – M1consultant have strong relationship with local school administrations and will accompany the family to the first school meeting. Orientation Tour – M1 consultant will accompany assignees on a tour of the city to point out locations of international schools, English medical centers, transportation stops as well as any community groups and local clubs (golf, rugby, horse riding etc ) Departure Services – includes checking out of residence (security deposits returned), canceling of utility accounts, closing bank accounts, as well as all immigration paper work that needs to be turned in to local officials. Immigration – M1 has full time immigration experts in each office who monitor changing immigration laws and documentation. IS consultants also assists in obtaining invitation letters, work permits, visas, as well as residence cards as needed
- Move One provides its customers with the following move management services: International Moves – M1 has been relocating families around the world since 1995 and manages all aspects of the move from initial survey to final unpacking. -Survey – M1 will come to measure and calculate the amount of belongings to be packed. -Packing – All materials are supplied and a M1 team will do the packing directly at the assignee's residence. Local / Office Moves – M1 moves many local businesses from one office to another as well as existing residents from one area of the city to another. Pet Transportation – M1 has a dedicated department with full time staff to assist with the transportation of pets and animals. M1 team is up to date with all laws and documentation (vaccines) needed for exporting and importing animals. (Fun fact: transported 13 Siberian wolves for film from Canada to Siberia. Also 5 Hollywood Squirrels to Budapest to shoot a commercial) Secure Storage – M1 has storage facilities in all our locations. These facilities are supervised, have climate control availability and can be rented for short or long term. Vehicle Shipping - M1 will secure the shipment, load the car onto truck or container and take care of customs clearance forms for the assignee. Delivery is to port or final residence. Fine Arts Transport – M1 has a specialized department with full time staff managing the shipment of fine arts for museums, embassy's and private clients. ( Fun Fact: M1 transported artifacts from Montenegro to Shanghai on behalf of the government ) Move Manager – M1 move manager will oversee the move from point of agreement with HR till delivery and unpacking has been made. He/She will be the single point of contact.
- Move One has a quality management program in place that allows us to measure our performance against a set of KPI as a part of our commitment to continual improvement. One of the most important KPI’s is customer feedback. We monitor service scores closely and conduct quarterly reviews at the individual, office and company level. We can also generate client specific KPI reports based on what matters most to you and your organization. We are also happy to provide you with a copy of our quality manual if you would like to review in more detail. We are very proud of the fact that all Move One offices are EuRA Quality Seal certified. EuRA stands for European Relocation Association and represents a trade group of leading industry relocation companies In order to qualify for the EuRA Quality Seal, companies must submit to an audit of their internal systems by DQS which is one of the biggest independent auditors in the world. EuRA also requires each member to get re-certified every two years

- All of our relocation staff work on the Radix viaRELO platform which is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application run on a cloud computing system (Note: Ask if they are familiar with SaaS and cloud computing).
- As discussed, our clients are able to log into the viaRELO platform using a secure user name and password to do the following: Track services - initiated to Move One Access documents - uploaded by Move One and centrally stored in the viaRELO platform for access at any time Expiration date alerts - are received by our staff ensuring documents are updated on time Service history reports - allow you to review completed services Transfer data to excel - for a set of relocations or relocation expenses Updates in real time – you can see updates moments after they have been entered by us The Via system is also easy to learn and user-friendly which means you won’t have to worry about months of user training to get up and running. Reports can be customized for you upon request. For example, a report on the number of immigration visas procured last year globally or the cost of monthly expatriate utilities in a specific region are easily generated.
