• Use to register our financial transactions.
• Give us our financial statements.
• Is a protected file.
• You can modified the file called Libro Diario.
• The file called Balanza de comprobacion y estados financieros is
  totally linked with the file Librio Diario.
• The password to unblock Librio Diario is the number 1
Activities
• Register Assets. (MC manages fixed assets accounts)
  ▫ Cargo means that an asset is increasing (Ej. Cargo in a bank
    account means that you receive money)
  ▫ Abono means that an asset is decreasing (Ej. Abono in a bank
    account means that you are withdrawing money)
• Register liabilities. (MC manages long term debt)
  ▫ Cargo means that a liability is decreasing (Ej. Cargo in an account
    payable means that you pay)
  ▫ Abono means that a liability is increasing (Ej. Abono in an account
    payable means that you are recognizing the debt)
Finance as functional area




• Register Capital. (MC manage these accounts)
  ▫ Cargo means that you are decreasing Capital (Ej. Cargo in Capital
    account means that you are making reinbursement to
    stakeholders)
  ▫ Abono means that you are increasing Capital (EJ. Abono ina a
    capital account means that you are recognizing capital
    contributions)
• Register Incomes. (MC manages cargos in these accounts)
  ▫ Cargo means that you are decreasing incomes. Generally cargos
    are used to correct mistakes)
  ▫ Abono means that you are recognizing an income.
• Register Expenses. (Expenses are recognized according to their
  objective)
  ▫ Cargo means that you are recognizing an expense like buying
    paper sheets.
  ▫ Abono means that you are decreasing the expenses. Generally
    abonos are used to correct mistakes.

• We will run 3 internal audits during the year.
• The first one will be in december 2012, we will
  check the MC account.
• Review the support documentation
• Issuance of an Audit report with our
  observations.
