1. WHAT KILLED THE DINOSAURS?
AND OTHER FACTS ABOUT SPACE
Yumi Briones
2. What killed the Dinosaurs?
A large asteroid might have fallen to earth, causing lots of chain
reactions which killed the dinosaurs.
The ASTEROID was 10 km across!
It fell in Mexico….
It wasn’t only the asteroid that killed those giants. Lots of scary
things were caused: earthquakes,
tidal waves and huge clouds of
dust, blocking the sky.

5. Space Travel: A story
This article was originally written by LeeAundra
Temescu. There was this man working in NASA. He
was going to fly a virtual space shuttle with his
partner, Marya Glur. It was just a realistic simulation
in a computer. He was really relaxed about it, and he
was even drinking. Even during the simulation.
Things were not pretty. He concluded that
astronauts should be responsible in doing their job.
Always always always.
6. A GASSY moon!!!!!!!!!!
Did you know the moon releases gas? People have seen
hazy spots on the moon’s surface for a long time now. It’s
only recently that someone suggested that eruptions of gas
might have caused it! RADON emissions and those
distortions perfectly matched.A lot of craters have been
found around the moon’s farting area.
7. MAN IN THE MOON
Lastly, let’s talk about the “Man in the Moon”!
Heard of it before? But do you know what it
really is?There are a lot of CRATERS and
what were once seas on the moon’s surface.
With a little imagination, you can see a “Man
in the Moon”! Take a look at these pictures.
This is what people think they
see!
