My name is Ursula Mannix, I am the president and CEO of MANNIX ASSOCIATES. I have
dedicated my career to serving others. My associates and I help small/midsized companies,
individuals and not-for-profits enhance balance, flexibility and effectiveness.
At MANNIX ASSOCIATES, we are committed to providing uncommon and highly effective
learning and performance training interventions to enable improved business and employee
performance.
We have created learning and performance training interventions that are designed to focus on
key knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for employees at all level of expertise.
Our courses are held in groups of between five and twenty participants. Each participant is
encouraged to network, share experiences and discuss how the current subject matter applies
on the job and within the wider context of their respective companies.
We believe in providing highest value to any course or development activity we offer. All
training courses are evaluated throughout and post course and results are meticulously
analyzed to identify improvements to course content and instructor delivery.
It is also our belief that transfer of learning should create sustainable behavioral change back in
the workplace. Participants are encouraged to create their own action plan of work related
actions from each learning event and we will support them through further coaching or advice
on their development.

How Do We Do It?
As quality improvement learning and performance consultants, we work with our clients to
build a relationship that allows both parties to develop a mutual understanding of each

8. Terms
Payment
Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the first day of the course. Participants will not be
allowed to attend the courses unless full payment has been received. An invoice will be issued
upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment by Paypal.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 15 days or more before the start of the course will incur a fee of 25% of
the full course fee.
Cancellation received 10-14 days before the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of
50% of the full course fee.
Cancellation received 0-9 days before the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of
100% of the full course fees.
All cancellations must be given in writing by fax or email.
