5. Today’s cooperate environment requires leaders to know a little something about everything, if that’s the case why do we need PMO? It’s simple we do not have the time to track and measure your projects, why not implement processes that tracks and measure?... Who will monitor the system?

PMO’s implement projects management systems that measures and tracks projects progress and constantly monitors projects behavior and tendencies whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and required quality.Why?
