strategic intent do deteriorates. He will constantly re-examine
the espoused strategic intent and adapt it to
the conditions which the present situation demands.

the immediate question is to seek the strategic inflection point.

Resistance is the natural human response to change.
People frequently use a one-size-fits-all approach when trying to
convince their bosses, peers and staff.
People will change when effective, informative communication
and incentives are received !!!
