● Type Firewall in the Search Box on Taskbar.
● Open Allow an app through Windows
Firewall from the Search Results.
● Review the existing list of Firewall exceptions.
If Resident Evil 6 is not listed, click Change
settings | Allow another app.
● Click Add.

● Press Windows Key + R keys simultaneously.
● Type Explorer, click OK.
● Locate below directory:

● Delete all files from the above specified folder.
