TERRY J. SIMAN, JD, CFP®
Terry is President and Founder of Vantage Point Advisors. Terry has been a CFP® since 1985, and an attorney since 1977. He
is a member of NAPFA, the professional organization for fee only financial advisors. He is also a past president of the Institute of
Certified Financial Planners, the national professional association.

Over the years, Terry has written numerous articles and been quoted on a variety of financial planning subjects for national
publications, including: The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News, Kiplinger's
Personal Finance Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Investor's Business Daily, Morning Star, Bottom Line
Personal, and THE COMPLEAT LAWYER. He has been a guest commentator on radio and television programs around the
country, including: GOOD MORNING AMERICA SUNDAY, CNNfn (CNN's independent financial network), New Jersey Public
Television, The Nightly Business Report, YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISOR, a nationally syndicated radio program, and the host of a
panel discussion/video presentation called Adding Financial Planning to Your Law Practice. In addition, Terry has given
testimony and written reports as an expert witness in securities matters before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
New York Stock Exchange, NASD arbitrations, and in Federal Court. Most recently, he testified before the Pennsylvania Attorney
General's Committee for the Protection of Older Pennsylvanians on the subject of Securities Fraud. Terry has taught the High
School Financial Planning Program in Montgomery County, PA, and he was an instructor/mentor for a high school summer intern
program. Awards include Practitioner of the Year, given by the Delaware Valley Society (PA) of the Institute of Certified Financial
Planners, and CITIZEN OF THE WEEK, given by Montgomery Newspapers (PA).

KAREN B. McINTYRE, CFP®
Karen is Vice President of VPA and is the firm's Managing Director for Financial Planning. She serves as her clients' personal CFO, helping them avoid
frustration, confusion, and worry about financial matters. She has counseled wealthy families since 1993 and specializes in working with women and with
professionals, small business owners, and clients who are newly single due to death or divorce. Karen was chosen by Investment Advisor Magazine to
serve as a board member for the inaugural Wealth Summit National Conference. She has also been a resource to journalists reporting on financial
planning issues and has been quoted in several publications, including US News and World Report, Money Magazine, and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Karen was accepted as a member of NAPFA, the professional organization for fee only financial advisors. NAPFA members are required to be their clients'
fiduciaries and have an additional educational requisite. She is a long-time member of the Financial Planning Association. Prior to working with VPA, Karen
provided financial and operational consulting services to small business owners. She received her BA in Counseling Psychology from Ithaca College and
earned the CFP® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Karen lives in Chalfont with her husband Bill, a Rita’s Water Ice franchisee, and son
Andrew.

Our Fees for Comprehensive Services
VPA offers new clients two approaches to using our advisory services:
A STAND ALONE ASSESSMENT:
VPA will perform a complete assessment of a client’s finances to determine whether the current use of resources is
consistent with the client’s goals and maximizes their likelihood of reaching their objectives. The fee depends on the
scope of the engagement. Assessments usually take no longer than three months to complete and include a series of
meetings, usually four to five, to present our observations and recommendations.


ONGOING AND CONTINUOUS ADVISOR SERVICES:
Our core service is a complete assessment of a client’s finances to determine whether the current use of resources is
consistent with the client’s goals and maximizes their likelihood of reaching their objectives. The assessment is followed
by specific recommendations and implementation. Also included in our service is unlimited contact on any financial topic.
We manage, monitor and meet with clients on an ongoing basis to increase the likelihood of successful results. Our
annual fee for this service is based on the following schedule, which is part of our SEC ADV form:

 For the first $0 to $2.0 million        1.00%
 For the next $3 million                 0.75%
 For the next $5 million                 0.50%
 For assets over $10,000,001             negotiable

She serves as her clients' personal CFO, helping them avoid frustration, confusion, and worry about financial matters. She has counseled wealthy families since 1993 and specializes in working with women and with professionals, small business owners, and clients who are newly single due to death or divorce. Karen was chosen by Investment Advisor Magazine to serve as a board member for the inaugural Wealth Summit National Conference. She has also been a resource to journalists reporting on financial planning issues and has been quoted in several publications, including US News and World Report, Money Magazine, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. Karen was accepted as a member of NAPFA, the professional organization for fee only financial advisors. NAPFA members are required to be their clients' fiduciaries and have an additional educational requisite. She is a long-time member of the Financial Planning Association. Our Fees for Comprehensive Services VPA offers new clients two approaches to using our advisory services: A STAND ALONE ASSESSMENT: VPA will perform a complete assessment of a client’s finances to determine whether the current use of resources is consistent with the client’s goals and maximizes their likelihood of reaching their objectives. The fee depends on the scope of the engagement. Assessments usually take no longer than three months to complete and include a series of meetings, usually four to five, to present our observations and recommendations. ONGOING AND CONTINUOUS ADVISOR SERVICES: Our core service is a complete assessment of a client’s finances to determine whether the current use of resources is consistent with the client’s goals and maximizes their likelihood of reaching their objectives. The assessment is followed by specific recommendations and implementation. Also included in our service is unlimited contact on any financial topic. We manage, monitor and meet with clients on an ongoing basis to increase the likelihood of successful results.
