Business Case
Brief background
Everlytic is a web-based delivery platform that enables clients to utilise Email, SMS and Social Media
as a powerful medium to communicate with their relevant target audience. It enables the DMMA
and the Bookmarks Awards to manage their contacts, create, send, deliver, track and analyse all
their Email communication from one delivery platform. That’s not all; Our Social Sharing tool enables
the DMMA to post their email campaigns on Social Media networks like Facebook, Twitter and
LinkedIn.
Most importantly we are proud DMMA members!
Contribution to DMMA
Everlytic provides the platform that the DMMA uses to send out bulk emails to its member base.
The DMMA uses Everlytic’s software to send the monthly member update news which include
Effective Measure stats for the South Africa webs traffic and demographics. The Bookmarks Awards
also use the system for pre and post event communication. If you receive any communication from
the DMMA or The Bookmarks, then Everlytic is sending it.
We also provide technical support to the DMMA and the Bookmarks; this could be anything from
sorting out technical queries to fixing issues with HTML design on templates.
Everlytic also contribute by covering the DMMA website’s web hosting costs.
We have also opened our doors to the DMMA’s job shadowing programme. Philani Mdingi,
Everlytic’s Marketing Manager is part of the DMMA Knowledge Network and contributes actively by
Live tweeting at DMMA events. We also provide our 36 seater auditorium as a venue for the
Knowledge network meetings.
By doing this we get satisfaction from knowing that we are doing our bit to try and contribute to the
South African digital industry’s growth. We see this as a symbiotic relationship and believe that by
contributing to the growth of the industry, we are effectively growing our business.
